UPS Worldship sluggish on startup and shutdown

After installing UPS Worldship version 2011 on a local area network, I noticed that when opening the software on remote computers, the software would hang at approx. 41% when "Creating NRF Info Manager" and also when closing out of the program it would take 1 minute to completely close down... WTF !!! After turning off windows firewalls and also closing out of antivirus on the admin computer and local pc's. I added the network users with full permission to the shared folder I setup when doing the initial install. C:\Worldship ( in my setup ). And VIOLA,, this did the trick , fast startup and shutdown was now achieved. Go figure... always check folder permissions when all else fails.
